What ıs an NFT? How to Make an NFT? How Can NFT be Used for Marketıng?

Perhaps the most well-known abbreviation of the previous year: NFT. ‘Non-fungible tokens’ are gaining popularity in the digital world. They are becoming a more popular way to buy, sell, and invest in digital artworks. So, what exactly is NFT, why is it so important, and how is an NFT created? How can we use NFTs for marketing purposes? Let’s find out the answers to all of our questions…

NFT is a digital asset that represents real-world objects. It could be a piece of artwork, a video, a photograph, a song, or a tweet. NFTs confirm the uniqueness of these digital assets, demonstrating their authenticity. It establishes ownership of work as if it had been digitally signed. As a result, NFTs have unique identifying codes, and these records are stored in a digital ledger known as the blockchain. Because they are usually encoded with the same underlying software as most cryptos, they cannot be copied or exchanged for another NFT. NFTs are traded online in exchange for cryptocurrency.

So, why would we pay millions of dollars for (let’s say) a photograph that we can view online for free, screenshot, and download? Because an NFT gives the buyer ownership of the original work. It includes built-in authentication and proof of ownership. It grants the work’s basic usage rights.

The significance of NFTs is as follows: they eliminate intellectual property issues by formally establishing who owns a work. They also eliminate the hierarchy of the art gallery, creating an unmediated environment for artists to express themselves while also earning money directly from their works.

How to create an NFT?

The process of creating NFT is called ‘mint’ or ‘minting’. To create an NFT, you should follow a few very simple steps:

  • Register with one of the online marketplaces such as OpenSea, SuperRare, Rarible, and Axie Marketplace. Link your account to a digital wallet to hold NFT as well as any cryptocurrency from the sale.
  • Upload a file containing your digital work (image, video, etc.) to a decentralized storage service, along with descriptions and copyright information.
  • You must mint a token mapped to this file to create a unique encrypted signature on the blockchain. This is the only way to ensure that the file you are uploading is genuine.

Following these steps, your NFT will be listed for sale and auctioned. People who have access to the blockchain and are interested in the work can bid. If an agreement is reached and payment is made in cryptocurrencies, the buyer will be able to access the NFT through his/her digital wallet.

How to use NFTs for marketing?

No brand can afford to ignore digital transformation. The avalanche-growing NFT world is another trend that should not be overlooked. Furthermore, it provides excellent opportunities for brands in the following areas: Reaching the target audience, establishing trustworthy connections, and generating new revenue streams. To summarize everything:

  • Create a one-of-a-kind experience by collaborating with artists, influencers, or content creators. You promote your brand by creating engaging experiences and establishing a communication channel. It increases your visibility and makes you more memorable.
  • You reach out to new audiences who are eager to participate. People will notice you more if you create more NFTs. Reaching out to more potential buyers also increases the likelihood of a sale.
  • You can use NF to give customers personalized gifts, discount coupons, or other benefits. For example, providing a real-world experience to someone who purchases your NFT… As a result, brand awareness and customer loyalty increase.
  • Not just products or services; catchy advertisements, brochures, and product packaging can all be converted into NFT. You can create an NFT series inspired by your product or service.
  • You can build NFT communities, and you can expand your mass communication by being active in various online marketplaces.

Marketing strategies; it’s about embracing new trends, getting involved with popular platforms, and of course, constantly evolving. That is why start with wondering questions like “What is NFT?”, and “How is NFT created?”. Include it in your strategy and do not stay away from the NFT world!

How To Expand Your Brand Abroad? How To Posıtıon Your Brand ın Foreıgn Markets?

How To Expand Your Brand Abroad? How To Posıtıon Your Brand ın Foreıgn Markets?

Crossing borders is an evolution that a brand will eventually want to accomplish, maybe even have to do. Even as it takes the initial move to expand abroad, it recognizes that it will not be able to play ball as it does at home. Numerous factors must be considered during brand positioning, including cultural variations, trading styles, competitive environments, and current market situations.

Brand positioning briefly defines the target group brand X caters to, how it caters to them, and how it distinguishes itself from competitors. So, what strategy should we follow while positioning our brand in foreign markets?

  • Assess your current situation and identify opportunities and risks. You can track what and how major brands are doing to reach out to more customers. Determine who your competitors are and how they position their brands. Compare your position to that of your competitors to determine your uniqueness, benefits, and drawbacks.
  • Conduct thorough research on the best foreign markets to target. Learn about trade terms, tax policy, and legal procedures. Check to see if there are any potential legal issues for you.
  • Thoroughly examine people’s consumption habits and preferences. It is more advantageous to select a nearby foreign market that is open to the type of product you offer in the first place, has a large customer base with sufficient purchasing power, and few competing brands.
  • Emphasize the product’s or service’s strengths. If necessary, adapt to new circumstances. Understand the elements that will put you ahead of the competition, be consistent with the core brand values, and be closely related to the target audience.
  • Align your products and services with the values of the local community. Packaging, delivery, marketing activities, and advertising language should all be tailored to your target market. Make minor changes, for example, if the name of your brand or product means something offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant in the target culture.
  • Build local alliances. Collaborate with manufacturers in the target market.
  • Put in place strict controls to ensure that your brand is not abused and that your quality control standards are met.

Selling goods in other countries

You’ll need country-specific e-export sites or global marketplace platforms like Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and ETSY to sell products in other countries. At this point, you should consider which marketplace is best suited to the product/service you want to sell as well as your working style.

Because of their popularity and ability to attract a large number of customers, international marketplaces are ideal. It is possible to reach a large number of customers, and you do not need to spend a lot of money on advertising or marketing. However, the competition is just as fierce, and the commission rates you offer per sale have an impact on your profit. As a result, many brands prefer to launch their own e-export site.

Micro export is another popular option since it is low-cost, needs fewer taxes, and simplifies sales processes. However, the weight of your products must not exceed 300 kilograms, and the cost must not exceed 15 thousand euros, to be covered under this policy. For these transactions, an electronic commerce customs declaration is necessary.

This leads us to the question of the paperwork required to sell goods internationally. The following are the documents that come to mind first: Documents describing product characteristics and quality standards, customs declarations, supply declarations, certificates (food safety, producer country, plant and animal health, radioactive safety, and so on), production analysis, inspection and expertise documents, insurance documents, and invoices (official, proforma, commercial).

Metaverse ıs Comıng!

Metaverse ıs Comıng!

Metaverse is Coming!

Forget about the digital experience you’ve ever had so far! First virtual reality, then augmented reality, now finally the alternative universe calls us, with the metaverse. Metaverse, which removes another border between the physical and digital world, is a much more fast-moving, exciting and interactive virtual world. Indeed, it’s estimated that one out of every four people will spend at least one hour per day in the metaverse by 2026. So, what is metaverse? What does it change, what does it promise? What does it mean for marketing?

Metaverse for beginners

The term metaverse can be traced back to the 1990s. Author Neal Stephenson first coined the term in his 1992 science-fiction novel ‘Snow Crash’. Matrix series or games like World of Warcraft, Second Life, and Minecraft said a lot about it. But in 2021, Mark Zuckerberg announced Facebook is rebranding as Meta, the term suddenly came to the fore.

The word metaverse is a portmanteau of the Greek term ‘meta’ (meaning beyond, post) and the English word ‘universe’. In a word, we can call the metaverse ‘beyond the universe’. In practical terms here are the ones that most define it: The next phase of the internet, the internet we live in, is not two-dimensional but three-dimensional internet. Simply the metaverse is a virtual reality world where users can interact, game, shop, conduct business as they would in the real world. We exist in this world through our virtual representations, aka our avatars.

What we do in this world?

Let’s put it this way: With current AR and VR technology, we can do many day-to-day businesses in the metaverse, such as going to the movies or restaurants, attending a business meeting. We can go to the stores with our avatar and go shopping while sitting at home, and then the product we buy comes to our real address. With real estate sales, concerts, virtual stores of many famous brands, and even banks, the virtual universe ‘comes to life’. Virtual currencies are circulating in the crypto money market, NFTs, that is, non-fungible tokens are bought and sold.

And consumers seem to be fond of it. As of March 2022, the keyword ‘metaverse’ yields more than 68 million results on Google. The hashtag #metaverse is widely used on Instagram, with at least 1.3 million posts. So, what are the effects of the metaverse when it comes to social media and digital marketing?

Metaverse marketing

For brands, metaverse represents an opportunity to reach new audiences, improve customer confidence, and find out a potential revenue stream. The key point is to create marketing experiences that are linked to real-world experiences or what the brand does in real life. While doing this, marketers need to keep in mind the value of millennials and Gen Z, who dominates the metaverse. Here, we can summarize which strategies stand out as follows:

  • Adapting your brand naturally into the platform is important. Like having virtual billboards within online games, digital concerts, or sports activities, placing ads on users’ avatars.
  • Real-life marketing in the virtual stage means a lot. to It’s necessary to replicate what the brand/product offers in real life in the virtual world. This also increases engagement. E.g., creating avatars that deliver food or use your products.
  • You can develop the marketing strategy through avatars. Think of this as influencer marketing… User-generated content is quite important, and in the metaverse, they become integral parts of the campaigns.
  • You can have your virtual store and make interactive 3D presentations. You can create campaigns, that prioritize customer experience/participation; e.g., live events or gamification. Furthermore, you can offer virtual try-on.
  • You can confer limited-edition items that they can only collect and use in the metaverse. Like, creating items for avatars that they can use in-game.

The Metaverse, as emerged from science fiction books and adapted to the real world, offers a unique experience to both individuals and brands. In this universe, we can access almost all of the real-life experiences, and it is not yet clear how much it will expand. But to discover and use it, that’s all we’ve got right now!

Put Me In CC: What ıs Emaıl Marketıng?

Put Me In CC: What ıs Emaıl Marketıng?

How many times a day do you check your inbox? How many email notifications do you receive every few minutes? Quite a lot, right? It is estimated that every day 333.2 billion emails are sent and received worldwide. Communication still depends mostly on emails. Among those in the inbox, there are also products, services, and campaign contents, for sure. Well then, let’s cut a long story short: Email marketing!

Even it’s one of the oldest versions of digital marketing, email marketing is still essential due to this usage rate. And so how about finding answers to the following questions one by one: What is email marketing, what are the advantages, what should be considered?

What is email marketing?

For brands, email marketing refers to using mail content to reach their target audience and to develop relationships with their current customers. The content of those emails can be: Product/service advertisement, newsletter, membership opportunities, promotions, campaigns, discounts, or celebration messages like birthday cards… Posting systematically is important. Monthly newsletters or weekly product promotions can be sent, and periodic content that announces special offers during special occasions can be selected. In this way, brands reach large masses, gain customers, build direct connections, and also brand awareness is increased. Personalized emails also strengthen loyalty to the brand.

Who did this first? To answer this, we need to go back to 1978. Gary Thuerk, a marketing manager for the computer company Digital Equipment Corp, sent the first-ever commercial email to nearly 400 customers at once. Thuerk sold 13 million dollars of products with this move… And also earned a nickname: Father of the spam!

Nowadays Thuerk’s ears must have been burning a lot but after that attempt, email marketing evolved gradually. The latest data shows that 87 percent of marketers use email marketing to distribute their content, making it the second most popular content distribution channel, just behind social media (89 percent). In terms of advantages, what else do we have?

6 reasons to choose email marketing

To make use of the advantages provided by email marketing, there’s a catch: If you do not want to be treated as Gary Thuerk, you should get approval from customers before sending an email. Because spams are not welcomed in any case and harm the brand’s reputation. But once approved, those pluses will follow:

  • It’s cost-efficient and fast. The bouncing rate (form customers) balances the budget and time spent.
  • It’s instant, easily sent, and sharable.
  • Builds direct contact with customers. People check their inboxes regularly therefore view range is quite high.
  • As the customer allows this communication, the chances of engagement and return increase.
  • The target group can be segmented according to certain characteristics (location, age, education, gender, etc.). More personalized content can be created.
  • It is very easy to measure, compare and analyse, which also makes it easier to take action or change the strategy case by case.

How it should be?

Before sending an email, you should make sure that you have prepared the ideal content. What should email marketing be like? What should you pay attention to?

  • Text should capture customers from the very beginning, even from the mail subject line. For that, the text should be catchy and remarkable. Should deliver a clear and powerful message that focuses on the main function of the product/service. Should offer a strong motivation to encourage customers, such as a limited offer or discount. Of course, it should carry a call to action, at the end.
  • We tend to eat up any content we see in seconds. Therefore, your email should be distinguishable and should deliver its message directly.
  • Same content and style over and over again can be boring. Instead of sending campaign and sale messages, you should sometimes share information about the brand.
  • Regular communication is a must to keep your client warm. In addition to that, email timing is everything, consider sending an email when the consumer’s product is about to run out!
  • Design should be clear, easy-to-read, and aesthetic.
  • We check our emails on mobile devices and phones. Your emails need to look on mobile.

Although many trends appear in marketing and advertising, email marketing is a method that will not be outdated for a long time. Just make sure that your email won’t go into spam!

Do you know what podcast marketıng ıs?

Do you know what podcast marketıng ıs?

Before investing in podcast marketing, you should do your research to see if it is what you actually want. You should consider doing some research before you spend money on any form of marketing.

Podcast marketing is marketing done through the use of audio content…

It is done by you advertising your product or services through the creation of audio content. Podcasts are digital audios made available on the internet for people to download to a device, they are typically in series format and have a set timetable as to when each episode comes out. New apps also allow you to subscribe to a specific podcast letting you get notifications when a new episode comes out.

Podcasts can be done by anyone and they can be on pretty much anything, whether it be a podcast on different music to a podcast on gossip like talk shows. A podcast can be o anything within reason. If done properly podcast can be very good; you can gain a good following on there and you can end up having brands sponsor you to promote their products or services.

Let us explain to you why we believe podcasts are a good way to conduct marketing for your firm.

Podcast marketing has quite a few advantages to it. Below we have listed some of the advantages it holds:

  • It’s easy to produce
  • It is a cheaper way of marketing, so it is good for small firms
  • You can do it yourself
  • It can be about anything
  • So many people now listen to the podcast
  • It is a lot easier than video marketing
  • You can reach new audiences
  • You can bring guests onto your podcast
  • You can sponsor another podcast to talk about your product

Podcasts are valued by customers; they often find them informative and educational…

Research shows that 67% of podcast listeners enjoy hearing the ads and sponsored products on a podcast. This is a very large number compared to the 6% for TV and radio listeners/watchers.

Another study shows that 78% of listeners are comfortable with hearing adverts on podcasts to support free content that is largely available to the public!

Did you know podcasts can increase your business’ rankings?

If you are familiar with the term SEO (search engine optimization) you will know how important it is to a business and its website content. SEO is the process of improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to a website or web page from search engines. By using keywords, you can increase the traffic to your website or web page.  All you need to do is find the correct terminology that you can use. Whilst SEO is normally done on the website, social media, and blog content; it can also be done by optimizing a podcast. By using the appropriate words, you can increase your podcast views which can lead to more people visiting your website.

After you create a podcast, you can mix this marketing method with marketing on social media and email advertisement. What we mean by this is advertising your podcast on your business’s social media accounts. By email advertisement, we are talking about sending out a mailing to your customers to make them aware of the podcast you have.

You need to remind them that you have a podcast, this can even be done on your website. Some examples of where you could put it on your website include:

  • Having a small icon in a corner for people to access your podcast
  • Have a sub-page just for your podcasts
  • Have a banner on your page promoting your podcast
  • At the bottom of your page where most firms tend to have their social media icons and accounts linked, you can add in a podcast icon.

The icon link will direct the customer straight to the podcasts allowing them to schooner which one to listen to. If they subscribe to your podcast, they should automatically get notifications as to when you post your new podcast.

Brand partnerships through podcast

Podcasts are a great way to conduct brand partnerships. Large numbers of influencers are now creating podcasts listed by hundreds of their followers. It is the same idea as influencer marketing. If you want to know more depth on influencer marketing, we have an article named “Influence Marketing Trends and Predictions For 2022”. You can read that to gain more information on influencer marking.

Podcasts are a great way to build partnerships, you can advertise with influencers and other firms that have similar goals to your firm. It is also good because you build these relationships up, this could lead to you partnering with these creators often; possibly even making them your firm’s ambassadors.

If you would like assistance on starting a podcast up and finding the correct SEO which starts doing this, BGA Partners is here to help you achieve your goals.

LınkedIn newsletters key to engagement

LınkedIn newsletters key to engagement

Like most social media algorithms, LinkedIn highlights the content that people interact with the most. One of the tools you can use to make your content stand out is LinkedIn newsletters. Creating an attention-grabbing newsletter allows LinkedIn to show it to more people.

A well-planned LinkedIn newsletter can reach potential customers for your business by showcasing your expertise. LinkedIn is 277% more effective than Facebook and Twitter in generating leads*, and newsletters can increase that number as part of a well-planned strategy.

So what are these newsletters, let’s take a look together.

LinkedIn newsletters work on a subscription system just like other newsletters. In this way, companies or individuals meet with the opportunity to publish daily, weekly or monthly. People who subscribe to the newsletter are notified both on LinkedIn and by e-mail when a post is made. For this reason, subscriptions are the most important point of the newsletters, which have very high readership rates. Since subscriptions are linked to active profiles on LinkedIn, the subscriber list is always up-to-date and spam-free.

The more people interact with your content, the more people you will reach. As a result, you will reach a wider audience and make more meaningful connections.

Let’s take a look at some practical newsletter writing tactics we have prepared for you.

A newsletter helps you filter your contact list. This is because when you invite people to sign up for your newsletter, only those who are interested in your topic will sign up.

Determining the frequency of sharing is very important LinkedIn calls its new feature “Newsletter” for a reason; to create a regular flow of sharing. Therefore, it is extremely important that you post regularly and at regular intervals. Otherwise, LinkedIn already allows you to produce content at any time with its post sharing and article space.

Another point to consider in publishing frequency is the sharing time. LinkedIn newsletter serves as a subscription system. You should guarantee your subscribers that you will share your newsletters regularly at the time you set. In this way, you will gain loyal subscribers for your newsletter and you will be considered an effective newsletter user by LinkedIn.

Determine your concept You need to assign a name to each newsletter you open on LinkedIn. This means that this newsletter has a theme. One of the keys to success is to decide in which area and on which topics you want to produce content and to produce content in these areas within a concept and with the frequency you determine.

In short, you should also pay attention to the continuity of the content you create. After making the necessary analysis, assigning an attractive name to your newsletter to ensure long-term branding will also have an impact on the number of interactions of your posts.

Blend your newsletter with the features in LinkedIn LinkedIn offers you many options such as adding photos and videos to your newsletters and linking to them, and asks you to use these tools. You can enrich your newsletter by adding images and videos on the subject or a link to the articles you add.

Your newsletter efforts will make your other LinkedIn posts stand out. Once your newsletter subscribers discover the great content you have created, they will want to check out your articles and posts.

LinkedIn newsletters increase brand awareness Another advantage of publishing a regular LinkedIn newsletter is that it helps increase your brand awareness. If you make the right connections, you will be able to engage in interactions that will build your business.

Your newsletter helps to get your brand in front of the right people. It’s a great way to remind them about your brand and showcase the solutions you offer.

Remember, LinkedIn newsletters have the potential to be an invaluable tool in your marketing strategy.

Influence Marketıng Trends and Predıctıons For 2022

Influence Marketıng Trends and Predıctıons For 2022

Have you thought about what influencer trends are waiting for us this year?

No? Well we have.

We have made some predictions as to what type of influencer marketing will be in trend this year.

As we saw last year influencer marketing became a big option for firms to choose for their marketing and advertisement…

Especially during times of COVID and lockdowns; as a result of these measures people were spending more time online allowing them to see more adverts done by creators and influencers.

We expect this year to be even better when it comes to the influencer marketing. Social media is a large part of our daily lives and we all have some preferred influencers / content creators that we enjoy to watch/follow.

Influencer marketing is not just about influencers posting on their social media.  It’s a huge range of things that influencers do. It  can range from them making short videos to posts, creating Instagram stories and reels to doing a giveaway or creating a collaboration with you and other influencers. It can also include taking part in a commercial and a variety of other ideas…

Why is influencer marketing so popular?

Influencer marketing is becoming really popular due to more people having free time to go onto social media allowing them to find out about new people and their collaborations and partnerships.  As people are spending more time online they have a higher chance of actually seeing these adverts.

Which platforms are the most popular for influencer marketing?

TikTok is becoming one of the biggest platforms for influencer marketing, hundreds and thousands of people go onto TikTok on a daily basis and find out about new brands through their favourite influencers on there, they also have the For You Page allowing people to see what other people are posting. This is a great opportunity for brands as they are able to get a larger target audience.

Another big platform is Instagram; now that Instagram is doing reels people get captivated in them and end up seeing lots of ads. That along with the Instagram shop is a really good way of marketing. For more information on Instagram reels you can read our Article on Instagram and it’s reels feature.

Some influencer marketing trends we have predict for this year include:

  • Higher levels of influencer collaborations
  • Higher levels of influencer video content
  • Live Shopping will continue to grow and become popular

(especially on TikTok)

  • Affiliate marketing will join in with Influencer marketing
  • Shifting from influencer marketing  to content creator marketing

If you would like to join the trends and start doing influencer marketing for your firm but don’t know where to start; let us at BGA Partners help you find the right influencers for your brand. Let us communicate with them and help you arrange everything. Please contact us so we can help you.

Do you know how to gaın Instagram followers wıthout actually havıng to post?

Do you know how to gaın Instagram followers wıthout actually havıng to post?

In this article we will explain how you can gain Instagram followers without posting and through the use of advertising…

There are two main ways to gain followers on Instagram:

-advertising

-or to be discovered without posting

First we will discuss how to be discovered without having to post on Instagram.

In order to gain followers and be discovered we have a few methods you can do…

Method 1

You need to connect with your target market and target audience on other platforms; this can be via TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and any other platform. Connecting with your target audience it’s not just you posting and then liking the post, no it’s more of a bond that you build up together.

You need interesting content that will grab peoples attention and make them want to follow all your social medias to keep in touch and up-to-date with your farm.

Method 2

Engage with posts from people who you think are in your target audience. What we mean by engaging with posts is liking the post and writing comments on the post. The more interesting your comment is the higher chance you have of attracting the attention of your target audience.

You can also like other peoples comments.

If your comment becomes very popular the owner of the post might even pin your comment, this would be amazing as loads of people would see your comment and they will most likely look at your account which can help you increase the amount of followers you get…

Method 3

This method is more of a follow on step two method 2; you can repost posts on your story and tag them in the story…

This can help others view your story and the original posts owner can post on their story that you have posted allowing you to reach more people as you’re also being exposed to the post owners’ followers.

Method 4

Try to share your posts on more than one platform, don’t just use Instagram!

Share your posts on platforms such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and Twitter.

By posting on more than one platform you are reaching out to more people allowing them to discover your firm. This is good for your social media and are good for your firm at self because you will be reaching out to more people allowing you to make more sales of your product or service.

Method 5

This method is one of the easiest and most obvious ways to gain followers.

Do you know what it is?

Just follow accounts that do you believe are in your target audience and accounts that you actually enjoy looking at.

The easiest way to gain followers is by following others.

You can also send these accounts a message asking for a follow back and most of the time this happens!

Dıgıtal Marketıng Trends To Look Out For In 2022

Dıgıtal Marketıng Trends To Look Out For In 2022

We have looked into the marketing trends of 2021 and have come up with 2 trends that we think are going to be popular in 2022. We believe that the following trends will excel and be quite successful this year.

“Shoppable” content

This is the type of content we are now seeing online, it has been circulating around the web for quite some time.

‘Shoppable’ content is very common on Instagram and TikTok. There is the Instagram shop where people are now able to do shopping.

Businesses are able to put their products on there. As people browse on Instagram they have a higher chance of seeing the Instagram shop; this benefits businesses as they don’t need to spend huge amounts of money of advertising and marketing.

They can even link their Instagram to their business web page; this helps increase brand awareness. By doing this they have a higher chance of gaining new customers.

Another example is the TikTok shop, this is where people have a shop on their TikTok account allowing their followers to buy products from them.

They also have the potential to sell their products through the usage of live streams. This is done by them showing their products on live stream allowing people to buy products straight from the live stream. There is a small yellow basket in the bottom left hand corner where the viewers of the live stream can see the products and order them. Most of the time they have discounted products which encourage people to buy these products. Firms pay content creators on TikTok to do these lives and sell the products. The creators get a pay out of this and they normally get on of each product to actually show on the live stream.

This form of marketing is very good because hundreds and thousands of people are spending lots of time on TikTok giving these live streams a large audience.

Visual Content

By visual content we don’t only mean YouTube adverts, we are talking about a huge variety of content types.

Some visual content can include short videos on Instagram; these are called reels. To read more about instagram reels you can look at our previous article names ‘instagram continues to change’. We have information there all about instagram marketing and the new use of reels.

Another visual content linking into instagram can be normal instagram posts and stories. These are good because the posts can be seen by lots of people with the correct use of keywords and hashtags. We can help you determine what would be best for these posts. By using the correct key terms you are also helping the SEO side of the marketing.

The correct use of infographics and videos will help you gain more brand awareness.

Other examples of visual content can be:

  • YouTube ads
  • Facebook ads
  • Snapchat ads
  • Google ads
  • Tv ads
  • Emails

This list can also be classed as some of the other trends of digital marketing in 2022.

Customer service trends to consider in 2022

Customer servıce trends to consıder ın 2022

Why is customer service so important?

Customer service is very important because a good firm who wants customers must always consider the service they give to their customers. If they want to keep the customers then they need to keep up high standards of customer service…

A customer always looks for good service. Here are some examples where customers value the customer service they receive. When at a restaurant ordering food, when at a store trying to find the right size or even when they are at the gym and need assistance on the equipment. Customer service is always needed and it’s all around us, the better it is the better your reputation will be.

So how can you improve customer service?

We have come up with a short list on how you can improve customer service for your firm, whether it is big or small…

  • You can train your employees within the firm
  • You can get your employees to attend a workshop where they will be trained
  • You can have everyone join webinars on customer service
  • You can outsource the customer service if you have the budget

There are a variety of ways to improve customer service and you should definitely consider improving your customer service in order to keep having satisfied customers.

A good firm will always have high standards of customer service as they know that the customers all look for a good service. Without a good service it is very hard to maintain customers and even gain new ones.

Due to the pandemic more people are shopping from their homes using the Internet, as a result of this firms need to make sure that they have a good services that operate smoothly allowing their customers to purchase the product or service at ease. Some new ideas for online shopping could be improving your website or app to make it easier for your customers to find what they are looking for…

By this we don’t just mean making the website look more presentable, we mean adding in a virtual assistant experience; this can be a little icon somewhere on the website allowing customers to message a virtual assistant where they will be able to get the help they want. This can help improve your customer satisfaction level which will help you gain loyal customers. This service will be helpful and it will make shopping online feel more normal, it will feel a little bit like shopping in an actual store but from the comfort of their home. Virtual assistance might just be one of the prime things you could add to your website in this time period.

Another way you can improve customer service is by targeting your customers directly, this could be sending them special offers via emails based off of the previous purchases. This will show your customers that you actually care about what they buy and that you take notice of them; this can make them feel special meaning that they are more likely to buy from your firm. Everyone wants to feel special and what better way to do this than send offers specially for them.

Playing on the topic of emails you should also try to send birthday emails and a birthday special offer. You can create an automated system that will do this without you having to worry about it.

If you want assistance creating this automated system we are here to help you. Let BGA Partners’ specialists help you with your customer service.
